The Daylite daypack is a great choice if you’re scaling a small mountain or just going to the shop. It also has a mesh cut covered foam backing for ventilation to stop your back from overheating.
The daylite has plenty of storage as well, a main compartment, front pouch, and side mesh compartments. If you want to use the side pockets, make sure the main pocket isn’t too full to stretch them thin. There is also an area for storage of hydration bladders.
There isn’t much else to the daypack, since simplicity is it’s biggest strength. If all that still isn’t too convincing, the company backs it’s products with an Osprey Warranty.
