Klymit KSB 20 Down Sleeping Bag
You’re out camping, having a good time, but getting ready for bed it gets cold.
In your tent there’s no fire (hopefully) and you just want to stay warm and comfy. Which is difficult when you didn’t find a smooth enough area and now you’re laying on rocks and cold.
Well, the rocks won’t get any smoother, but the Klymit KSB 20 can at least keep you warm!
We’ll go over a quick review of the sleeping bag and what it has to offer.

Klymit Sleeping Bag Overview
The Klymit KSB 20 is a comfortable, portable, and warming sleeping bag. It’s very compressible and easy to store, so no struggling to pack it up in the morning.
It has a manufacturer rating of 20 degrees Fahrenheit, hence the name. That being said, there were people claiming that around 25F the cold starts to get noticeable. A simple fix is to just wear a few light clothing items to bed and not use this sleeping bag at 15F and below.
The hood is reasonably comfortable and the whole sleeping bag stretches really well. This is a big factor for many people since no one likes to get claustrophobic in a sleeping bag. You can easily stretch while inside and not feel limited in movement.
Overtime, the bag also proved to be pretty durable. The only reported downside was the zipper occasionally snagging (which seems to happen on every bag).
Pros and Cons:
- Good price for quality
- Stretchy and comfortable
- Portable
- Zipper catching
Klymit KSB 20 Down Specifications:

Drive Thru Takeaway:
Overall the KSB 20 sleeping bag is a great and simple camping bag. It is comfortable, stretchy, and warm as long as you don’t go on arctic adventures.
The price is a bit high and it seems that the price hike is less because of warmth and more because of how comfortable it is.
If you plan on camping pretty often, winter or summer, then I definitely recommend the KSB 20 Sleeping Bag.
